Rebar End Upset Forging Machine

Rebar Upset Forging Machine is used forge rebar end to enlarge its diameter in order to enforce its tensile strength. We have semi auto and full auto rebar upset forging machines for your choice.

After the arrival of machine, open plywood case and install horizontally, add 120kgs of 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil. Power requires 380v ± 10%, 50HZ ± 2%, if voltage in your sites is unstable, should configure Voltage Stabilizer, otherwise it will cause a malfunction of electrical systems of machine.

Turn on power: before turn on power, should carefully check each operation button, whether the circuit breaker is in a closed position, after confirmation, and then supply the power.

Press button “oil pump opened” to check rotation direction, the right direction has been marked on oil pump, and the rotation should be light and no noise. If rotation direction is not right, pls connect wire again
